In December 2017, the FCCA acquired the property at 1480 Old Mill Rd. The house here was built in 1973 by Dugan Heckman, but had fallen into decay. Now we are looking to restore not only the house but the land around it as well! We hope to renovate the first floor in order to establish a Youth Center, as well as a commercial kitchen. The second floor will be used for an Airbnb.
