2022 Grist Mill Grind 10K and 1 Mile Fun Walk September 10th 8AM-12PM Well some of you have survived one, you know you can’t wait to do it again, and if you haven’t experienced the pleasure, you don’t know what your missing….
Join us for the second annual Grist Mill Grind 10K Trail Race and 1 Mile Fun Walk, sponsored by the Franklin Creek Conservation Association. This is a technical trail race encompassing the Franklin Creek State Natural Area Trails. Runners will follow trails up and down multiple hills with an elevation gain of > 800ft, cross the Franklin Creek multiple times (You will get your feet wet) and promises to be an overall challenging event. Water/Gatorade will be available at the Start/Finish and at the Sunday shelter (Mid race point). Please bring your own disposable cup or bladder, no cups will be provided to minimize environmental impact.
Custom Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Male and Female runners overall. T-Shirts are available to all runners to commemorate the event. The course map is below.
